1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Open Mirror Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our apps and games (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, improve, and secure our Services. The information we collect depends on how you use our apps and which platform features you engage with.
- Usage and diagnostics: gameplay events, session duration, in-app screens, device and performance metrics. Collected via Firebase (Google).

- Purchase data: information about in-app purchases and subscriptions necessary to validate entitlements (e.g., product identifiers, transaction receipts, anonymized app/user identifiers). Managed via RevenueCat.
- No direct identifiers: we do not intentionally collect names, emails, or phone numbers within our apps unless explicitly provided to us through support communications.

5. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are generally not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and our business needs.
